Refunds

Catch maintains a 60-day money back guarantee. However, products must have all original tags and be in unused condition. If returned goods do not meet the conditions, we may refuse a refund (partially). We will always notify you of this in writing.

Refunds will be made no later than 14 days after the items are received and processed at our warehouse.
