Shipping and returns

We ship orders with different suppliers. Dutch orders are basically delivered in cooperation with PostNL.

We strive to deliver your order within 2 to 3 working days.

German and Austrian orders are generally delivered in cooperation with DHL. Please note that shipments to Germany and Austria can take up to 48 hours.

Tracking your order

After your order we always send you an order confirmation and a tracking code as soon as the package leaves our warehouse. This way you can easily track your package. Make sure you are at home at the specified time so that your package does not travel unnecessary distances. This way you also help to make our planet a nicer place.

Environmental compensation

At Catch you pay no shipping costs. We charge EUR 2.95 for every return. With this contribution we ensure the best delivery, sustainable packaging and we finance initiatives that make our planet a little nicer.

Returns

You can easily send us a return via this link. We have a return period of 30 days. However, the products must have all original tags and be in unused condition. If this is not the case, we may refuse a return.
